Karl Neiders began his career in real estate over 25 years ago. He originally bought, renovated, and resold single-family homes in inner city areas, primarily in Seattle and Tacoma. As his portfolio grew, he expanded into larger apartment projects.
Karl developed an expertise for buying properties, renovating and repositioning assets in affordable but growing markets of the Puget Sound Area. In 1987, Karl founded The Neiders Company, a multifamily development and property management firm.

Karl began investing in real estate while attending college in Seattle. Karl developed an expertise for acquiring and repositioning assets in affordable but growing markets. In addition to his role as owner and CEO of The Neiders Company, Karl is also active in a number of local charities and is a long time member of Rotary International. Karl was also a member of the U. S. Air Force and U. S. Air Force Reserve and is a graduate of the University of Washington Business School.
