Karl Neiders, Founder & CEO

Karl Neiders is the founder and CEO of The Neiders Company, a national real estate investment firm located in Seattle, Washington.  Karl has over three decades of real estate investment experience in both ownership and management operations.  Having earned his real estate broker’s license before college, he has been licensed in the State of Washington since 1982.   He served in the U.S. Air Force and Reserve as a crew chief on C-130 and C-141’s and went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington.   Karl has been responsible for the overall growth, operations, and strategic goals of The Neiders Company since its inception in 1987.   He is an avid participant in the local aviation community and serves on the Board of Trustee’s for the Museum of Flight.  Karl resides with his wife, Dr. Tina Neiders, in Seattle with their three daughters.

Frank T. Hornung, Vice President of Operations 

Frank Hornung is the Vice President of Operations for The Neiders Company.  He is responsible for all acquisitions, financing, and property renovations.  Furthermore, Frank manages a portfolio of properties in the Seattle area and in Albuquerque.  He is a licensed Real Estate Broker and a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor through the National Apartment Association.  Frank grew up in the Seattle area and has over 20 years of real estate experience encompassing finance, acquisitions, construction, and property management.  Prior to joining The Neiders Company in 2011, he was a partner in a construction company and also spent many years financing income properties with a firm he started in 1998.  Frank is passionate about the real estate business and takes pride in working with The Neiders Company in transforming communities.

Ben Clegg, Controller

Ben Clegg is the Controller for The Neiders Company.  He is responsible for the daily operations of the accounting department.

 

Michelle Ganey, Regional Manager

Michelle serves as a Regional Manager for The Neiders Company. She has over 15 years of successful property management experience including on-site management, portfolio management, property operations, and strategic positioning of conventional assets. Michelle’s expertise includes new construction lease-up and re positioning of financially and physically stressed assets. She has accomplished experience with Conventional, 55 & Over, LIHTC and Affordable Housing markets. Michelle is skilled in maximization of NOI, budgeting, marketing and overall operational strategies as well as successful team building through leadership and goal setting.

Charissa Endsley, Regional Manager

Charissa began her career in property management in 1999 with Olympic Management Company.  Charissa worked onsite where she quickly mastered all aspects of daily operations and was quickly placed in a position helping with new acquisitions and mentoring associates of seven apartment communities.  After six years with Olympic Management, she moved onto new construction, business development and stabilization with a local developer where she spent eleven years grooming talented associates with marketing strategies to quickly lease up communities and was as successful as leasing 190 units within four months.  Charissa joined Neiders in 2017 as a Regional Manager after working with Weidner Apartment Homes.  In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the day to day management and operations of a number of assets to include multi-family, hotel and storage facilities in Albuquerque, New Mexico and the greater Puget Sound Region.
